SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking a Legal Operation Senior Analyst to provide various administrative and analytical support specifically in day-to-day operations, process improvement, analysis and resolution of various issues related to invoicing, risk management contracts management, claims management and other contracts. The Senior Analyst reports to the PH Controllership and GL Manager. This position is a full-time opportunity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes, manages, monitors, and ensures payment of related invoices
Performs daily routine tasks associated with incoming invoices
Monitors and reconciles invoices and resolve invoice payment inquiries/discrepancies by working closely with AP and external vendors
Communicates with AP accounting to resolve non-payment issues resulting from invoices due from SunPower entities
Creates purchase orders as requested by team
Follow up with current approvers of our Purchase Requisition to ensure timely approval as necessary
Reviews commercial builders risk applications, various claims, insurance certificates and other related contracts and documents
Ensures to communicate and assists to resolve any issues related to applications, claims, certificates and other contracts and documents to the appropriate individual/team
Maintains and monitors records
Prepares and reports necessary memoranda, letters and other correspondence
Performs required researches
Develops and maintains filing systems
Organizes and expedites the flow of work through the department
Executes data entry tasks
Maintains IP Docket: Organizes all emails, soft copy documents and hard copy documents in the correct folders and storage locations
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess Bachelor's or College Degree in Social Science or Sociology, Business Studies Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Secretarial, Mass communications, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
2 to 4 year(s) of recent related work experience
Applicants must be willing to work in Binan, Laguna
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work with people in all departments of the company and from diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to think creatively and to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Desire to work in a flexible "team-based" environment
Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves," while being able to retain big picture thinking.
