Responsible for corporate compliance, implementation of audit execution, and formulation or update of internal policies and procedures
Spearheads in the employment contracts, handbooks, disciplinary manuals, and employment policies in general and labor issues
Manages supply management, management contract, and operating agreements with mining partner resources
Oversees laws governing share dealings, shareholders, directors and mergers, and acquisition as guided by Revised Corporate Code, Code of Corporate Governance for publicly listed companies, and Securities Regulation Code
Complies with Data Privacy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), Insurance Code, and other the government-mandated requirement for the primary and secondary purposes of the company
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Laws/ Juris Doctor of Laws
Bar Exam Passer
Certified Public Accountant is a distinct advantage
Excellent written and oral skills
Willing to be assigned in Makati
Willing to travel from time to time
Salary: Php 55,000.00 - Php 60,000.00 per month
