Job Description
Support and assist the Head of Legal of the company in the performance of his/her assigned
duties and responsibilities
Draft, review, and/or negotiate contracts/agreements
Render legal opinions on any legal queries
Perform other legal services, such as but not limited to the preparation of letters to the government
agencies and demand letters, and meeting with third parties for possible settlement of claims or
cases and
Exercise other functions as may be assigned.
