Join our dynamic legal team and make a significant impact in the day-to-day operations of Philippines AirAsia!
As our Legal Counsel you'll provide expert guidance and support to various departments, ensuring smooth project execution, seamless transactions, and compliance with legal requirements. But that's not all - you'll also have the chance to handle litigation, represent our Company in court, and engage with government agencies.
Picture yourself negotiating contracts related to aircraft and engines, using your sharp legal acumen to review and draft position papers and legal documents for government filings. You'll be an invaluable asset to our internal units, assisting them in navigating regulatory compliance with aviation authorities and other governmental bodies.
Ever wondered what it's like to be involved in aeropolitical matters As part of our Network and Regulatory Department, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to industry associations and shape the Company's activities in this field.
In this role, no two days are the same. You'll tackle challenging assignments assigned by the Department Head or as required by the Company, constantly expanding your skill set and professional horizons.
Qualifications:
As a bar passer and admitted to the Supreme Court, you bring a solid legal foundation to the table.
Your experience in litigation, contract review and negotiation, and regulatory compliance sets you up for success.
You've gained at least 1-2 years of valuable work experience, making you well-equipped to tackle the demands of the role.
