Requirements:
- Law Degree (JD or LLB) with top class results
- 6 - 9 years' experience in top tier law firm or large multi-national company
- Extensive legal experience in some or all of the following areas highly preferred: corporate, commercial contracts, technology, e-commerce, logistics and compliance
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. In particular, the ability to break down complex legal issues and define problems, establish facts, solve problems, make recommendations and draw conclusions in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to work independently and apply a high level of discretion
- Experience in partnering with business leaders working in a high-tech, fast paced business environment is required; comfortable working in a company experiencing rapid growth
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, and to work with a diverse internal stakeholder base
- Proven track record in project management roll out and processes definition and implementation, with excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning/project management and presentation skills, with superior attention to detail
