LEGAL COUNSEL
Job Description
Represent in behalf of the company before the courts, judicial or quasi-judicial bodies and or agencies
Notarize Legal documents, such as, but not limited to affidavits, deeds of sale, contracts and other agreements
Provides counseling in any different legal matters concerning the organization
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree, Professional License in Law or equivalent
With more than four (4) years of experience in the legal profession either in law office setting or corporate legal counsel position
Bar Passer is an advantage
Experience in handling real estate related cases
Benefits: 14th Month Pay, 100/ Daily Meal Allowance, Sales Incentives, Attendance Incentives, Sack of Rice, HMO, Company Activities
