Description
a. Reviews and applies laws, policies and related jurisprudence in relation to issues and cases being handled
b. Prepares legal opinion and memorandum
c. Handles cases, litigation or otherwise, for and in behalf of the Company and its affiliates
d. Represents the Company during negotiations of contract;
e. Drafts/prepares and reviews contracts, service agreements, and other legal documents
f. Assists in securing permits and licenses
g. Performs corporate housekeeping duties
h. Reviews and assists in preparing policies and manuals of other departments
