Follow up on court cases
Attend court hearings
Serve notices to debtors
Represent the company in labor disputes/cases
Draft demand letters and complaints
Check and file court case documents
Receive letters, messages and other correspondence from private and public offices
Maintain employee/personal records
Responsible for filing correspondence to and from employees regarding resignations, retirements, suspension and termination
Coordinates with HRD concerning applicants and new employees
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or law related course
Has at least 2 years of related work experience
Has demonstrated interpersonal skills
Has outstanding communication skills
Must be detailed and precise
Willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
