Will assist the Legal Coordinator in preparation and monitoring of the following:
1. Real Property Tax
2. Transferring of ECAR, Title and Tax Declaration
3. Releasing of transferred title and tax declaration to buyer
Education and Experience
1. At least two (2) years in college or with technical course
2. Preferably with working experience.
