Description
Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a gas manufacturing company, based in Ortigas, Pasig City, in their search for a LEGAL ASSISTANT. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Job Responsibilities:
*Draft legal documents and letters
*Manage legal documents and correspondences with strict confidentiality
*Assist in board meetings
*Record minutes from meetings
*Responsible in the schedule management for the Legal Counsel
Job Qualifications:
*Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Banking or equivalent
*Preferably knows how to drive and has a driver's license
*With good communication skills
*Knowledge in processing of permits, certificates, or registration such as in SEC is an advantage
*Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City
