QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any four-year course (Preferably Social Sciences, Office Admin, or AB English)
Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor
At least 1-year experience in a law firm or have worked with a litigation attorney
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
Willing to go on fieldwork
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists lawyer in Case Preparation - drafting complaints/ pleadings,
Annex pertinent documentary evidence and monitors pending cases
Communicates with Court Sheriffs and Legal Retainers in the execution of court decisions
Collects, examines, and organizes the evidence and other legal documents for review and case preparation draft
Take note of court hearings/ schedules of legal retainers, if any
Proofread simple correspondence (demand letters and other legal documents)
Draft simple documents with templates (affidavit of loss, pleadings, etc.)
Fieldwork - court visits, filing complaints/petitions and other pleadings in Court/ COA
Helps notarization of documents, fill-up supplier accreditation forms, and providing a copy of documents required
