Your Job Description:
- Provides legal inputs and coordinates with the HR Operations Group and OD and HR Department in handling disciplinary cases of YEARNINGS OUTSOURCING COOPERATIVE members deployed in YOC business partners/clients, and those assigned in YOC Offices, respectively.
- Reviews Service Agreement (SA) or contracts between YEARNINGS and its business partners as may be requested by the General Manager.
- Assists the General Manager by providing legal support in attending activities like meetings, seminars related to the operations of the Cooperative.
You are perfect for this job if you have:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Political Science, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- High level of Integrity, attentive to details and dependable

Every member of Yearnings Outsourcing Cooperative holds the status of beings its worker and member at the same time.
