Preferably with at least 1 year of solid experience in Leasing Documentation, Process and Administrative works

Very good oral and written communications, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office application
Good analytical, organizational and time management skills with ability to establish priorities and complete tasks before or within the deadline
Must be highly organized and able to maintain files for easy access and retrieval
Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
