We are looking for a responsible LEASING SALES ASSOCIATE to perform a variety of marketing and generating leads and convert to quality lease accounts.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Timely posting of listings through social media and other digital channels
Proactively response to prospective client's inquiries (Phone Calls, Text Messages, Leads from Website/page, Email, Social Media, other media platform)
Effectively qualify prospective clients base on per listing standards
Timely set schedule of unit viewing and effectively collaborate with other department
Enthusiastically presentation of the property listing
Proactively negotiate with prospect client to convert lease accounts
Prepare and submit Leasing Proposals to prospective client
Maintain an up-to-date listing of available properties with full details
Maximize client satisfaction and retention through positive client relationships
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree (Preferably) in Marketing or equivalent
With at least one (1) year working experience as a Sales or Marketing Staff, Leasing staff or other customer oriented jobs
Must be proficient in written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, Google spreadsheet, Drive, Docs
Willing to do field works and to do client viewing
With driver's license and knows how to use motorcycle and/or 4-wheel car is an advantage
Willing to start ASAP
