LEASING OFFICER
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management , Real Estate Management or any related course,
At least 1-2 years experience in the field of food market is an advantage,
Has knowledge on leasing transactions ( prepare agreements and memorandums),
Has knowledge in preparing agreements and memorandums,
Excellent communication and negotiation (both written and verbal),
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle different types of tenants professionally,
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple task.
Willing to conduct on-site inspections, monitor tenant compliance, and coordinate with operation team,
Can handle pressure with regard to work.

Six months probationary period
With HMO insurance upon regularization
With Sick leave and vacation leave credits
Work-Monday - Saturday ( Half day)
