LEASING OFFICER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Officer to join our team. The Leasing Officer will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining occupancy goals of the corporation, as well as providing excellent customer service to tenants and potential tenants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market and lease leasable spaces of all business units in accordance with policies and procedures outlined by management.
Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule, and conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
Prepare and process lease agreements, renewal letters, and other leasing documents.
Follow up with prospects and tenants to ensure satisfaction with their occupancy in our property.
Prepare weekly and monthly leasing report to management.
Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the property and attract potential tenants.
Ensure the property is well-maintained and that all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Leasing and Property Management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
