Job Description
Scout and identify prospective tenants looking to lease a property
Maintain contact with lessees during their tenancy period to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues
Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents
Elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants
Guide the activities and operations of a leasing team to ensure the targets are achieved.
Organize meetings during which leasing procedures are discussed to identify solutions necessary for achieving occupancy targets
Conduct survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent
Ensure the proper documentation of leasing files.
Develop and implement policies necessary for improving the profitability and efficiency of a leasing department.
Strategize to look for prospective tenants (marketing and advertising)Discuss contract of lease and orient tenants.
Conducts property market survey to know about competitive lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy and rate.
Check background of potential tenants to see if they are eligible in occupying the property.
Monitors sales performance of his / her team and make appropriate action to meet sales objective and targets of the Company.
Coordinate with marketing in terms of marketing support and needs and develops strategies to identify sales opportunities with key customers, new clients, potential product lines and business ventures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS major in Marketing or any business related course
With at least 1-2 years of experience as Leasing Manager
Good analytical skill and attention to details
Must have good client relations and be customer oriented
Has good leadership skills, personnel management and administrative skills
Exercise professionalism at all times
