About the role
Iconique Mall Colon' is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to join our team. As Leasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing processes and tenant relationships for our thriving shopping mall located in the heart of Cebu City, Cebu. What you'll be doing
Coordinate the leasing process, from sourcing and screening potential tenants to negotiating and drafting lease agreements
Manage existing tenant relationships, including handling lease renewals, addressing any queries or concerns, and ensuring timely rental payments
Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities and tenant information
Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available leasing opportunities and attract new tenants
Provide administrative support to the leasing and property management departments as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leasing or property management role, preferably in the retail or commercial real estate industry
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, to maintain accurate records and reports
A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Familiarity with local real estate regulations and leasing best practices
