Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a link between Condo Corp. and Developer
Responsible for reconciliation of due to or due from Developer for all projects
To Provide expeditiously and reliable monthly reports on accepted and unaccepted condominium/subdivision units and its parking slots in determining the veracity of the condo association dues charged by PMO.
Ensure that clientele’s move-in-fees payments are conscientiously observed as basis for the turn-over of move-in-fees due to PMO.
