LEASING ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relative field
At least 1-2 years of experience in leasing
Has strong negotiation skills
Knowledgeable in any government agency transactions
Team Player
Willing to be trained
Know how to drive 2 or 4 wheels with valid driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide information to prospective clients about the properties and the leasing process.
Set up appointments for the showing of the property.
Prepare leasing documents for signature.
Collect rent payments
Maintain financial records or work with other employees to ensure the accuracy of the records.
Maintain and update various lists and databases with new rental agreements.
Respond to inquiries and requests from owners, tenants and trades through phone call and email correspondence.
Screening prospective tenants
