At least College graduate.
Must have at least 1-2 years relevant work experience in Real Estate preferably BROKERAGE setup.
Must have proven Sales Record from other developers and/or brokerage.
Preferably licensed sales person or broker.
Good in closing of sales*
Willing to handle multiple project locations.
Must achieve sales target/quota on a monthly, quarterly and annually.
Keen to details, with strong analytical skill and good negotiation skill.
Must be organized and good in documentation.
Self-motivated with entrepreneur mindset.
Highly collaborative and team player.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
*The company has good lead generation portal. A sales person may focus on handling inquiries up to closing of sales. Personal clients leads is an advantage.
