LEASING AND MARKETING OFFICER
 
The Leasing and Marketing Officer is responsible for the implementation of House Rules and Regulation that will improve Lessor and Lessee relationship. Establish and upkeep properties thru recommendation of repair works and renovation.
Responsibilities:
Ensure and check tenant's proper compliance on House Rules and Regulations, Contract of Lease and/or Memorandum of Agreement.
Conducting inspections, promotions of smooth tenant and customer relationship. Ensure timely turn-over of space/property to incoming tenants.
Maintain contact with lessees during their tenancy period to oversee the welfare and help resolve property issues. Coordinate with different departments regarding tenant's concerns. Proactively response to tenant issues, conduct formal and informal tenant meetings to promote and discuss operations, technical and security issues.
Direct routine monthly check on all properties, to upkeep on vacant properties.
Recommend renovation and repair works, if applicable to have well-maintained properties.
Review tenant's payment records and status of collection efforts, locate and monitor collection overdue accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in a related field
Knowledgeable in all facets of leasing operations
Proficiency in presentation and negotiation
Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contact
Strong analytical and numerical skills, keen observation, and judgement
Compassionate, trustworthy, responsible and able to maintain strict confidentiality
