The Lease Officer is responsible for tenant prospecting and lease negotiations. He/she assists the Lease Manager in achieving the target mall occupancy rate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably, Business Administration or Marketing or any equivalent course.
Candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Experience in mall leasing or sales is an advantage.
