JOB DESCRIPTION
The role is responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders to help document and fund lease transactions in our lease administration, warehousing, and syndication departments. The Lease and Funding Administrator will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as accounts payable, lease administration, funding, vendor management, and others. The Lease and Funding Administrator will be responsible for helping draft lease and lender documentation, verifying the accuracy and completeness of executed deal documentation and preparing warehouse packages for accounts payable.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Draft lease documentation, including Master Lease Agreements (MLA), Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Acceptance Certificates (AC), and other related documents
· Draft syndication (debt and equity) related documentation, including security agreements, lending agreements, and promissory notes
· Verify for accuracy and completeness executed documents such as the MLA, ELS, and AC
· Prepare warehouse funding packages for accounts payable
· Set estimated debt and equity funding dates
· Do related system and clerical administration
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Document administration experience (lending agreements and lease agreements) a plus
· Experience working within a financial services environment is a plus
· Experience as a loan processor in either banking, mortgage, or leasing a plus
· Proficient/willing to learn with a variety of CRM systems (Creatio)
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
