SUMMARY OF ROLE
The position will support additional activities for Lease Accounting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination and performance of period-end close procedures for Residential Lease Program.
Ensures strong accounting processes for residential lease program and facilities
Assist the team lead and manager with cycle review requirements & timely completion of account reconciliations, journal entries, calculation, etc
Provide support for various account flux analyses needed for periodic cycle reviews.
Performance of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) control.
Provide analytical support for business.
Processing of Debit and Credit Memos.
Provide assistance for various Account recons (Misc Receivables/ST Deposits/etc)
Provide support for the CIP clean up and various analysis.
Provide support for the Fusion migration.
Other finance and audit duties as assigned
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a CPA
Strong background in accounting principles and practices.
Able to handle multiple projects with the ability to budget time productively
Strong Excel skills, especially graphing, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and converting Non-Excel data to Excel
Can work well at different levels of the organization
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-faced and dynamic environment
OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Location: ROHQ
This is a project-based employment
Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
Contract length: 5 months
