Manages programs that will enhance the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics and competencies of the workforce in order to achieve the business goals. Develops a wide variety of effective programs to ensure retention of key knowledge, skills, and competencies across the company.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Training and Development or Organizational Development
Related Experience- At least 5 years of experience leading an end to end Learning & Development programs (from Skills and Competency Gap Analysis to Measuring Training Effectiveness) and at least 1 or 2 HR Transformational project experience in IT industry Proven experience in Competency Framework Development Project Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating Leadership Development Programs
Knowledge -Best practices in Learning and Development, Workforce Management, Performance Management
Skills- Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Microsoft, presentation tools, data analytics)
Soft Skills:
Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
Adept at influencing other, problem solving and offering pragmatic solutions
Presentation skills
Analytical and reporting skills
