Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Operations Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end learning operations, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs across platforms and teams. This role requires strong expertise in learning systems, data reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all learning operations: scheduling, nominations, logistics, reporting, feedback, and certification.Oversee LMS administration (Percipio, iEngage, ACE, etc.) including user management, content updates, and data integrity.Act as SME for online learning rollouts ensuring alignment with organizational standards.Track and report learning participation, utilization, and maintain governance dashboards.Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISO standards, and training policies.Collaborate with HR Ops, Talent Development, and Business Units to deliver a seamless learning experience.Create and maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and process documentation.Mentor and train junior team members on learning operations best practices. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field.5 8 years of experience in L&D or Learning Operations, preferably in the BPS/IT industry.Proficient in LMS platforms (Skillsoft Percipio, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.).Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).Solid understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 9001).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
