Role Synopsis: Accountable for the delivery of Learning-related activities of Support Angeles at the level of quality defined.
Essential Functions:
Manage the initiation, development and implementation of the organization's learning initiatives by liaising with Learning Governance team
Work with Learning Governance Team to plan training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods and systems to ensure that employees would be meeting the quality standards.
Create and drive Learning Organization score cards
Develop Learning Team Members based on standard scorecard targets as well as individual development plans
Observe classroom training delivery and provide feedback and coaching as required
Initiate trainee surveys to all trainee batches
Review and analyze trainee survey results and recommend process improvements across all relevant areas of Support and other teams
