Job Description:
 
The Learning and Development (L&D) Officer is responsible for delivering structured training and development programs that support onboarding, performance improvement, and employee progression within the Sales organization. This role ensures that team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and standards to perform effectively and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
 
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Psychology/Human Resource/Business Administration
Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferably with experience in Sales
Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Good observation skills needed in taking information during immersion as to what the Sales team needs to review, reorient, and reinforce.
