As the Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee our company's catalog of courses for training and skills development. Your role involves taking a visionary approach to content development and collaborating with market researchers and service teams to identify the skills and methodologies needed for the healthcare market. You will lead the team in developing the course catalog, transforming work activities and skills into courses for new employees.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing a cohesive, high-performing team. You will contribute to the management decision-making process to support the company's growth.

Develop and implement the courses catalog
Collaborate closely with department leaders to design and develop courses
Manage and lead teams of subject matter experts and researchers
Evaluate training delivery effectiveness and learning outcomes
Gather metrics and participate in management team meetings
Recruit and hire team members
Coordinate a range of projects for learning and development
Qualification
College graduate with a 4-year course
Experience as a Manager is a plus
Technological learning background is a plus
Knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies
