Description and Requirements
1.Supports needs analyses and curriculum development by understanding business requirements, collecting and analyzing metrics and performance data, conducting industry research/ external best practices. Writes reports and makes recommendations for changes to the department's processes, products and services to improve the quality of training programs.
2.Administers the different aspects of Learning and Development programs such as developing communication, planning program schedules, enrollment, materials production, facilities coordination, participant tracking, answering queries related to training, closing out courses, ordering materials, logistics, program reporting, invoicing and coordination with third party training vendors.
3.Assists in the creation of instructional materials such as slide presentations, job aids, hand-outs, web-based courses, facilitator and participant guides, etc. using various instructional applications.
4.Functions as administrator of learning and knowledge management systems including but not limited to creation of new accesses, user role definition, deletion of inactive users, uploading content, deploying of courses, enrollment of learners, generating progress and completion reports, and reporting and coordinating system issues.
5.Performs various evaluation methods and levels to assess the quality of training programs and learning impact e.g. deploys learning reaction surveys to participants and other stakeholders, collects post-training performance data, captures and performs an analysis of resulting data.
6.Provides general administrative support to the Learning and Development team related to budget and supplies requisition, payroll time reporting, expense statements, invoice processing, arranges meetings, conferences, travel and other departmental activities.

The individual in this role will play a key role in administration, coordination, data analysis and reporting, and process improvement towards ensuring to achieve required business outcomes.
