We are looking for Learning & Development Administrative Officer!
Mission & Career Trajectory
The mission of the Learning and Development Administrative Officer is to ensure all administrative tasks under the L&D team will be carried out in a timely and accurate manner. Success in this role will be evident through timely completion of tasks and the level of quality of work.
The LDAO career pathway would lead them to either support clients through direct relationships or become a corporate trainer once suitable experience has been gained.
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree
● Intermediate MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
● The ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills
● Outstanding oral and written communication skills to converse effectively with trainees, departmental heads, and vendors
● Excellent interpersonal skills which enable a training administrators to serve as a point of contact for vendors and participants
Key Responsibilities:
● Participating in the planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs
● Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as schedules, attendance sheets, and so on
● Booking (virtual)classrooms, sending invites to facilitators
● Overseeing the preparation and dissemination of materials such as instructional notes, survey feedback forms, and so on
● Assist in new-hire pre-training deliverables such as account creation, granting access, etc.
● Serving as a bridge or a point of contact between vendor, external training organization, and the participants/VBP
● Gathering, filing, and submitting training reports such as trainer surveys, budget, etc.
Non-negotiable requirements:
Wifi connection of at least 10 Mbps
Residence within Metro Cebu and neighbouring cities preferred
