LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
(Assigned in Danao City, Cebu)
 
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate learning and development programs, such as but not limited to orientations, workshops, learning sessions, and/or teambuilding
Create training modules and deliver the developmental and organizational training requirements and needs for new and existing employees
Identify and evaluate the effectiveness for training programs to determine areas for improvement and implement changes necessary for training enhancement
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling trainings, preparation and setting up of training equipment, etc.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate training database
Job Qualifications:
With a bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or with equivalent experience
Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Amenable to work in the City of Naga, Cebu
