JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees learning and development, recruitment, and performance management processes.
Responsible for developing relevant internal training initiatives and monitoring and conducting search for required external training.
Oversees recruitment end-to-end process.
Writes reports and makes comparative summaries with regard to recruitment and training status.
Supervises the performance and accomplishment of tasks of concerned HR staff.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience
Solid background in recruitment and learning and development 
Experience in construction industry is an advantage
