Role/Functional Title: Learning and Culture Lead Specialist

Reporting Relationship:
Reporting directly to the Program Manager, Learning and Development, individuals in this role will be instrumental in advancing continuous learning, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting diversity and inclusion. The position is mainly remote, with occasional onsite reporting to meet diverse business needs.
Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight
Supervise the company's LMS and other learning and communication platforms, ensuring access and effective use by all members of the team.
Share administrative responsibilities on the LMS and maintain the L&D database, collaborating across various roles and departments.
Learning Content Development
Utilize an array of content development tools and multimedia to create inclusive e-learning materials.
Encourage collaboration and open communication to create content that speaks to a diverse audience.
Instructional Design
Apply inclusive instructional design practices to create blended learning experiences that cater to diverse learning needs.
Continuously evaluate content success and seek diverse perspectives to improve and innovate.
Learning Program Implementation
Develop, deliver, and/or support Innodata's Learning Strategic Roadmap
Support learning design and development, learning delivery, content management, collaboration, or certification
Identify and recommend process improvement based on operational insights, industry and domain knowledge, and analytics
Interdepartmental Engagement
Cultivate connections between departments to foster an understanding of various cultural backgrounds, driving inclusive culture initiatives.
Promote professional growth through accessible workshops, conferences, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to analyze learning needs, create culture-building initiatives, and support performance enablement for all.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Communication, Psychology, or any relevant field and 3 years of experience in learning delivery, or equivalent professional development
Comprehensive skills in using MS Office Suite, content development tools, and Learning Management Systems
A deep understanding of adult learning principles and an appreciation for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
Strong communication and collaboration skills, emphasizing empathy and engagement with various stakeholders
