Within this Tribe, the Always Learning Journey Delivery team is focused on ensuring the delivery of world class learning operations across ANZ's global footprint.
As a member of the ANZ Learning Delivery Services team within Always Learning -Journey Delivery, you will support the end-to-end user experience for Tier 2/Learning Operations ensuring all stakeholders experience quality service.
Your role will focus on the delivery of Tier 2/Case Management and Learning Administration services; with an eye on the continuous improvement of day to day operations.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Providing Tier 2 support for problem diagnosis and resolution
Supporting the resolution of technical/learner issues associated with learning delivery services
Providing input into a knowledge base of Tier 2 cases and resolution action instructions
Managing system access requests for both internal users and external third party learning suppliers
Creating new/updating/deleting course shells within the Learning Management System
Managing course uploads and content linking within the Learning Management System
Generating data extracts using standard published reports with applicable filters as requested
Setting-up subscription reporting (standard and ad-hoc) for stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to continually standardize, streamline, improve and automate learning administrative processes
Ensuring risks and issues are identified, managed and escalated appropriately
Skills, Knowledge & experience
Demonstrated operations experience - essential
Data analytics experience, with an ability to produce ad hoc reports
Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Saba is preferred
Attention to detail and ability to follow
Excellent organizational, planning, customer service and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with team members; and service users
Learning/HR experience (desirable)
