Job Description
A. LEAN Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
Ability to manage projects and communicate progress/priorities to management
Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement.
Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience required.
Perform time studies and product flow optimization analysis.
Strong communication and facilitation skills in cross-functional, team-based environments.
Ability to work with associates of all levels including directors, managers, engineers, machine operators, quality technicians, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
A desire to continually learn and grow supported by direct action.
