JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Build rapport with contacts by offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
Gather key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy
Research and identify client prospects via web/social media mining and contact via email outreach with the goal of gaining interest and setting an appointment
Connect with client using email or LinkedIn to generate initial interest, determine pain points and schedule a discovery call, free analysis or other appointment
Manage expectations and overcome objections to get an appointment
Once a prospect shows interest, assemble prospect profile overview including bio, LinkedIn link, pain points, appointment time/date for sales
Coach the appointment with the prospect to ensure it holds
If needed, perform additional research, including ancillary stakeholders, profile building such as hobbies, interests, geographic area, school attended, etc.
Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using a CRM tool
Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
Professional Qualifications:
College degree in Marketing/Business or related field
Fresh graduates with high energy, enthusiasm and pleasing personality
Must be creative, with design skills using Photoshop
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Resourceful and goal-oriented
Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
