WHAT IS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Our awesome client, a leading offshoring company headquartered in Australia is looking for a Business Development Officer to be part of their Business Development team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES TheBusiness Development Officerwill becontributingingenerating customer engagements foroffshore staffing and/or outsourcingsolutions. This rolewill be responsible forleadsqualificationand prospect engagementviafollow up callsandemailswhilst maintainingand developinggood customerand clientrelationships. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR PERSONALSKILLS &QUALITIES High learning ability to understandservicesoffered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and spoken English Language Skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Ability to present solutions either over the phone, video conference,or in person. Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Excellent Englishproficiency and peopleskillsare required. Proven experiencein a Business Development / B2B Salesrolehandlingservices and or/technology At least 2yearsofrecentexperienceinselling outsourcing and/or offshore staffing solutions(lead processing, validation, presentations,relationship management)is required Proven ability to cold call and prospect/canvass for new businessand deliver presentations and product/service demos to clientswithexcellent manner and articulation Proven track record of successfully meeting salestargets and outcomes within schedule, andability in managing sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment. Strong understanding and proficiency in the usage of CRMs is required
