We are seeking for the Leadership and People Development Officer that creates effective and fair assessment methods that foster the learners' development by providing opportunities to demonstrate their mastery of the learning goals.
You will work closely with subject-matter-experts to determine performance gaps, identify root causes and recommend possible solutions (learning, process, etc.)
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
Designs and produces engaging learning experiences and interventions that leverage technology and various delivery platforms (face to face classroom training, interactive eLearning, videos, virtual classroom design, digital publications, podcasts, social learning etc.) using best practices and AGILE methodologies, based on agreed SLAs.
Ensures that designed learning experiences interventions are aligned to learning objectives, content, activities, and evaluation techniques
Storyboard and prototype technology-enabled learning solutions/interventions and test with subject-matter-experts and future learners.
Engage in writing, user interface design, user experience design, graphic design, image editing, document formatting, learning repository (Sharepoint) development and social platform management (e.g. MS Teams communities, etc.)
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Human Resources or any related field
Industry experience is preferred
Background in AGILE methodologies and instructional design
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Familiar with L&D Process Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation
