-Learns and verifies updates and new released SOPs before cascading to the region.
-Educates and refresh regional trainers' knowledge on SOP.
-Monitors the regional trainers performance and efficiency to every tasks asked.
-Assists the regional trainers' queries and concerns.
-Facilitates new hire training, refresher training, and leadership training.
-Creates instructional materials to be used in every training.
-Audits branches and distribution centers to identify problems.
-Provides suggestions and solutions to every problems encountered
-Portrays a good role model to the team and maintains a respectful personality

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
