Position Summary:
The Lead, Talent Acquisition Partner DE&I is responsible for driving the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion recruiting strategies, developing candidate pipelines, and building key partnerships internally and externally. You will serve as a key partner for our TA, DE&I and Employee Experience teams to establish our strategy for targeted partnerships and identify branding and engagement opportunities to further position us as a top company for diversity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and building strategic partnerships with organizations and societies that best support and align with our overall DE&I TA Strategy.
Develop activities to identify passive candidates, including building a strategy using professional groups, associations, and networks.
Partner with our global recruiters to develop strategic sourcing strategies.
Identify opportunities within our recruitment strategy to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
Develop, track and manage TA DE&I metrics and reporting, including staying up to date on external benchmarking and insights.
Partner with Talent Marketing on effective internal and external communications and branding around TA diversity strategies, community involvement, sharing stories of our employees, ERGs, and highlighting company investments (i.e. RCG careers page, LinkedIn life pages, social media channels).
Partner with ERGs, DE&I, Talent Management, Benefits, and Employee Experience to support the creation of innovative approaches that build and support a culture of inclusion and belonging and further drives our talent attraction strategies.
Remains current on DE&I trends, best practices and program development, and introduce approaches in alignment with the strategic plan, mission, vision, and values.
Develop and lead strategy to ensure inclusive language is used in our job postings, emails, career site and overall employment branding.
Partner with our global recruiters to develop strategies appropriate to their country/region, that aligns with overall DE&I TA strategy.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and experience required.
5 years of recruiting experience.
Experience with D&I recruiting strategies and partnerships is preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills; can strategically communicate
Independent and self-directed, yet highly collaborative
Ability to maintain confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creating D&I recruiting strategies.
Experience with building strategic external partnerships.
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and engaging candidates.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships and experience navigating professional networks and ERGs.
