Position Summary
This role supports global shipboard recruitment operations and hiring partner management. The lead will support TA Operations Manager on process enhancement, performance management, and project delivery. Provide monthly reporting & analytics on shipboard recruitment, HP compliance and strategic plan for continuous improvement. Administers audit function including Due Diligence (MLC) of HP Network. This individual is responsible for hiring partner training, performance management, and record management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor hiring partner (HP)'s and approved referral agent (ARS)'s compliance status according to MLC requirements and Company SQM policies. Manager license audit and due diligence review on potential and/or existing HP/ARS.
Manages reporting and deep analytics for shipboard recruitment on time and accurately to enable data-driven decisions for requisition allocation and fulfillment. Perform variance analyses as needed and evaluate recruitment performance vs plan, forecast, and prior year.
Monitor gap pool status through various dashboards and external factors that may impact talent supply and recruitment strategies.
Provide fact-based written recommendations to improve recruitment performance, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness
Perform vendor KPI management and ongoing performance tracking, identify the unusual trends and drive vendor behavior
Collaborate with BA and IMS team with HP/ARS invoice review and payout audit
Manage new hiring partner onboarding and set up process, including but not limited to system access, AP set up, process, and system training
Act as the HP/ARS operation liaison. Coordinate with internal onboarding, scheduling, and IT team to support day-by-day operational needs and seek process enhancement when possible.
Provide training and refresh training to existing hiring partners and referral agents on a regular base, based on HP performance data and internal team feedback.
With support from the marketing team, lead measurable HP Communication enhancement on HP Portal and email/phone communication
Assist TA Ops Manager on shipboard workforce planning and diversity recruitment planning
The position is required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human resources or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent.
Minimum 2 years related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the international hospitality and/or travel industry
Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
Knowledge of SQM policy and MLC legislation
Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred including JD Edwards
Knowledge of general shipboard functions on a cruise ship and the general concept of the shipboard organization is preferred.
Knowledge of world geography, time differences, and demographic
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
Ability to analyze large datasets and report relevant findings.
High attention to details
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables.
