They are currently assembling their pioneering team of IT Professionals and they are in search for a passionate, skillful, and team-oriented Lead Solution Architect who possesses exemplary technical leadership, and communication skills. Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and managing risks. You will also be the technical expert in all aspects of the projects that you'll be handling. You will also communicate will technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as keep the project on schedule and within the budget. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related field is required At least 5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect A history involving people leadership or similar responsibilities Experience in identifying and evaluating risk in a cloud-based architecture software solution with interfaces to multiple vendors Experience in proposing quick solutions and building a roadmap for the engineering team Highly developed communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate staff at all levels as well as the ability to effectively convey technical language to non-technical stakeholders often in non-technical terms Experience in management and training of staff for software projects and computer architecture projects in a team environment Ability to investigate issues, identify problems, develop and implement innovative solutions, systems, and work practices to assist the management Keen to ask questions and clarifications Possess exemplary integrity and honesty Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve the performance and security of our systems Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates to the systems.
