Description
• Creates, develops and maintains audit policies and procedures through communicating with Sales-Online, Accounting and Finance offices.
• Ensures that company's sales procedures and controls are adequate and operating properly.
• Create and administer training to Sales Audit personnel.
• Lead a team of sales auditors handling online accounts.
• Assists in development of audit plans and audit schedules.
• Performs weekly, monthly and annual audit reports.
• Computes for Agent's monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 year/s auditing experience as Lead or equivalent.
• Relevant internal control or risk management experience.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
Skills and Abilities:
