Description * • Creates, develops and maintains audit policies and procedures through communicating with Sales-Online, Accounting and Finance offices.
Ensures that company's sales procedures and controls are adequate and operating properly.
Create and administer training to Sales Audit personnel.
Lead a team of sales auditors handling online accounts.
Assists in development of audit plans and audit schedules.
Performs weekly, monthly and annual audit reports.
Computes for Agent's monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2 year/s auditing experience as Lead or equivalent.
Relevant internal control or risk management experience.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to meet weekly and monthly deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
Teaching and training employees on procedures.
Ability to effectively function as a team player.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to details with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work with and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
