Design and implement sustainable recruitment strategies for support and management roles
Collaborate with the hiring manager to build job descriptions and job specifications
Schedule and facilitate job intake with the hiring manager
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Ensure that all job requirements are approved by the Site Director prior to sourcing
Create job posts and publish in the application tracking system
Source and recruit candidates by using organic and employee referral channels
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Assist new hires on their pre-employment documents
Endorse new hires for background screening and monitor results
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Conducts competitor and market research
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Leads the Recruitment team to create a strategic approach for the ramp
Create campaigns for Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing
Acts as the POC for Cebu site
Alignment with the Global and Regional Counterparts
