Job Description
Lead the site maintenance requirements to conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance, oversee new equipment installations and upgrades as part of project activities.
Plan and manage the daily workload and priorities of the required maintenance tanks.
Assist with the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and checklists.
Ensure critical and maintenance spare parts availability to reduce machine downtime.
Maintain a "hands-on" role with support of the site manager (and other staff members) and any contractors during maintenance or project works.
Complete reporting on unplanned maintenance activities, unplanned downtime and plant availability.
Manage actions for improvements or incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Trade certified diesel/industrial machinery mechanic.
Must have experience working in the e-waste, waste or metals recycling industries.
Problem-solving equipment maintenance issues is preferred.
Multitask and manage multiple priorities, possess strong problem-solving skills.
