Requirements
BSc / MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or a related subject or equivalent experience
+7 years of experience of IT projects with 5 years at least in Java
Knowledge / Skills
· Java 13+
· Spring boot
· Deep understanding of strong Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures systems, applications programming and multithreading programming
· Cloud services (preferred AWS)
· Knowledge in build tools (CI /CD) systems
· Knowledge in databases (relational & no-relational, like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, StatsD)
· Microservice-oriented services
· Version Controlling System
Additional experience
● Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
● OS-level virtualization (Docker)
● Container orchestration (Docker swarm or Kubernetes)
● Experience with scalable distributed environments with understanding of scaling
● Experience with indexing engines (Apache Solr, Elastic Search)

Responsibilities
Lead a small team of Java developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Participate in performance monitoring of the team.
Conduct technical interviews and assess potential candidates for the development team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, team building, and continuous improvement.
Design solution architecture.
Participate in the day-to-day coding and code reviewing and be responsible for the resulting software products over their entire life cycle
Implementation of unit, module and integration tests to guarantee the quality and stability
Monitoring, operation, and proactive and reactive maintenance of the applications
Solving requests coming from the business/functional team
