Job Description
OVERALL ROLE
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements.
Assisting with customers queries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Holder of Diploma/Higher Certificate/ Degree in an electrical or mechanical engineering or other relevant course
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the same role With experience managing a team
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
Formulating, assessing and validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Willing to follow 6-day work schedule, with rotating shift depending on business needs
Willing to report in Makati
